  • Pericos

    A quick and easy recipe. This is one of the most popular breakfast dishes in Colombia, served with arepa and cheese.

  • Arepa Santandereana
    Served with fresh cheese.

    The arepa is an ancestral corn-based food that has stood the test of time and has been a staple in Colombian cuisine since ancient times.
    Each region of the country has its own version of the arepa.
