  • Huevos Pericos

    A quick and easy egg recipe and one of the most popular breakfast dishes in Colombia. Prepared with scrambled eggs, butter, sautéed diced onions and tomatoes.

    Served with fresh cheese.

    The arepa is an ancestral corn-based food that has stood the test of time and has been a staple in Colombian cuisine since ancient times.
    Each region of the country has its own version of the arepa.
